2nd Annual Warm Hearts for Wagging Tails

Lend a helping paw at Fantasy Photography's 2nd annual Warm Hearts for Wagging Tails pet charity event! Last year they photographed 37 dogs in two days and collected over 350 pounds of dog food for local shelters - this year they hope to collect even MORE! Music For Mutts

The 4th Annual Music For Mutts will be held on Saturday, October 16, from 12 noon until 4PM in Central Park in King, NC. This is a fundraiser event for Animal Rescue of Stokes County. Music will be provided by Taylor Vaden Band and Rainjacket. From 2 - 4PM, you will be able to meet Susie from "Susie's Law". Food will be provided by the Chestnut Grove Ruritan Club. Announcing another new goat's milk soap from Buffalo Gal's!

Toby's Dog Soap has woodsy scent. Made from: Goat's milk, saponified oils (soybean, olive, safflower, canola) using sodium hydroxide, oatmeal, aloe vera, borax, sugar, glycerin and essential oils (peppermint, lavender, tea tree, cedarwood). This variety is currently only available at the farm, on the website or at Krankies Farmers Market.

DogGoneFast Flyball Club Flyball Tournament Holshouser Building at the N.C. State Fairgrounds in Raleigh Flyball is a fast-paced family-oriented dog sport that has become a hit on Animal Planet and ESPN's Great Outdoor Games. Dogs and people alike go wild over this relay race with 4 dogs per team. Each dog jumps 4 hurdles and steps on a spring loaded box, which shoots out a tennis ball. The dog catches the ball and runs back over the 4 hurdles. When the dog crosses the starting line the next dog goes. The first team to have all 4 dogs run without errors wins the heat.
