You can grow great garlic at home – garlic is easy, if you know the basics. Learn to choose the right varieties for your taste, when to plant, how to tend, and then how to harvest, cure and store your crop. Seed garlic will be for sale.
This lunch time workshop will last about one hour. Attendees may bring a lunch; beverages provided.
A free workshop hosted by Old Salem Horticulture.
