NC State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital
This afternoon, Seabiscuit, one of my Nigerian Dwarf dairy goat bucks had an appointment at NC State University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Raleigh, NC for a breeding soundness exam.
He was referred to the teaching hospital by Dr. Niki Whitley of NC A&T University in Greensboro, NC.
Seabiscuit is an 8 year old buck who has a history of successful breedings. He was evaluated by Dr. Peter Farin of Ruminant Health/Field Services and Dr. Gabrielle Young of Ruminant Health and Reproduction Department of Population Health and Pathobiology. They both examined Seabiscuit and found that he is no longer a satisfactory breeder.
Anyone who would like details of this exam, findings, the Veterinary Teaching Hospital or cost incurred is welcome to contact me privately.
