Big Sweep

The 2010 Big Sweep waterway cleanup is on Saturday, October 2 from 9AM until 12:30 PM. We participate yearly by cleaning Buffalo Creek and the creeks that feed Buffalo Creek in our area. 2009 Big Sweep

The 2009 Big Sweep waterway cleanup is on Saturday, October 3 from 9AM until 12:30 PM. We participate yearly by cleaning Buffalo Creek and the creeks that feed Buffalo Creek in our area. Last year, Winston-Salem had 3,500 volunteers in 40 locations. It was the largest cleanup in all 100 counties of North Carolina.
