Market Reminder!  Every Saturday morning until November 22, 2014 you'll find us in historic Old Salem at the Cobblestone Farmers Market.  This truly is one of the prettiest settings for a farmer's market--tucked away in the edge of beautiful Old Salem, yet convenient to Highway 52/Interstate 40 making it easily accessible to everyone in and around Winston-Salem.

Shop Small with Buffalo Creek Farm and Creamery

Plan to join us again this year on Small Business Saturday (November 29, 2014). Small Business Saturday is an American shopping holiday held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year. First observed on November 27, 2010, it is a counterpart to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which feature big box retail and e-commerce stores respectively. Small Business Saturday encourages holiday shoppers to patronize brick and mortar businesses that are small and local.

At our farm, customers will be able to SAMPLE lots of our goat's milk cheese and more. We are including other small businesses who sell some of their products in our Farm Store during this event. They will be doing demonstrations and sampling outside the Farm Store that day.

	Description:	Please join us on Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 from 10am to 1pm at the Forsyth Cooperative Extension office for the 7th Annual NC Pawpaw Festival, presented jointly between Forsyth Cooperative Extension, MKT Real Estate Group, Master Gardener Volunteers and local growers. Take a tour through our pawpaw patch, learn about the pawpaw, watch cooking demonstrations and sample some pawpaw dishes, including ice cream, while supplies last. Vendors will be selling produce, pawpaw trees and other fruit bearing plants. New this year is an educational symposium held from 2-4 pm geared for people who want to grow pawpaws. Come join us in celebrating the largest native fruit to North America and a favorite of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.
