Goat Cheese - Coming Soon!

The dairy inspectors arrived this morning and stayed for two hours. Everything we had done passed inspection and the final one should be in about two weeks - - waiting on my milking stand to be completed and our new TRUE refrigerator is waiting on parts for repair :( The cheese making should begin in July!
