We received our Grade B Goat Dairy license!!
We've got a small amount of waxed Tomme raw milk aged goat cheese packaged and available in the Farm Store today.
So far, we've tried it ourselves grated or crumbled in lasagna, soups and potatoes :)
If we can make time, we might even package some gouda and havarti today.
Our goat's milk cheese is ONLY available in our farm store!
