Cobblestone Saturday Market Returns to Old Salem!



This Saturday, the Cobblestone Farmers Market returns to Old Salem Museums and Gardens on Saturdays!

Enjoy the music of Heath Combs and the Twin City Buskers and be sure to look for new vendors to Old Salem: Fat Bear Farm, Camino Bakery, Felsbeck Farm, JEEM, and Buffalo Creek Farm and Creamery!


Featured items this week include:

Sanders Ridge Farm: beets (red, golden, Chioggia), kale (lacinato and curly), Spicy Mesclun Mix
 

Plum Granny Farm: certified organic garlic scapes (first of the season), strawberries, asparagus, shallot flowers
 

Sugar Creek Farm: certified organic green garlic, green onions, radishes
 

Beta Verde: strawberry balsamic black pepper jam and strawberry lemon balm jam
 

Harmony Ridge Farms: leeks and buttercrunch lettuce
 

Three Sisters Artisan Bakery: lemon pound cake, pepita brittle, cinnamon swirl, organic honey whole wheat bread, healthy crispy brown rice treats
 

Rail Fence Farm: kohlrabi, broccoli, romaine lettuce, vegetable and herb transplants

JEEM: cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes

Fat Bear Farm: asparagus

Heritage Homestead: flavored chevre, camembert, goat milk fudge, feta, ricotta salata


Also on Saturday, Old Salem will be hosting the Pottery Fair on the Square beginning at 10am.

The ATM on site is in the back entrance of Moravian Gift and Book, just behind the red door. Parking is available in the gravel lot next to the market on Salt Street, in the grass lot on Academy Street and along most streets in the district.

Market posters will be available at the information booth for those who want to help the spread the word at their office, school, community center or place of worship. Love the poster and want one for your home? Absolutely, just donate $1 to cover the printing.

Cobblestone Farmers Market Downtown: Tuesdays from 10am-1pm, April 16th- November 26th
at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts,
251 N. Spruce Street, downtown Winston-Salem (1 block off Fourth Street)

Old Salem Cobblestone Farmers Market: Saturdays from 9am-12pm, May 18th- November 23rd
next to the Single Brothers Garden in Old Salem Museums and Gardens
