Seeking the Historical Cook: Exploring 18th-Century Southern Foodways with Kay Moss

Kay Moss is an author and Adjunct Curator of Backcountry Lifeways at the Schiele Museum in Gastonia, NC. Moss’s lecture is followed by a book signing for her new publication.
