Learn the ins and outs of making cheese in a goat dairy. Watch how goat cheese is made and learn about the many uses for goat’s milk. Buffalo Creek Farm and Creamery will share goat cheese samples made from the milk of their Nubian does.
This lunch time workshop will last about one hour. Attendees may bring a lunch; beverages provided.
