NC State Fair International Cheese Competition

Excited to have won two 1st, two 2nd and one 3rd place on our brined feta, marinated feta, date and honey, red pepper and unflavored chevres at the North Carolina State Fair in Raleigh. Be sure to stop by the Education Building during the fair to see all the NC cheese winners represented this year at the 2014 International Cheese Competition.
