Stokes- Reynolds Memorial Hospital will host a Chicken Stew Cook Off on the hospital grounds. This is a community-wide event and everyone eats free. Stew must be cooked on site and entrants must cook it with gas. Prizes will be awarded. Those interested in participating as entrants should contact Carol Tilley or Keith Lawson at 593-2831 for more information.
The stew should be ready to eat by 3:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy!
