Once again it's time for NCSU's 2012 Farmstead Cheesemaking Short Course in Raleigh, NC on November 27-29, 2012. Only 20 seats are available. Contact Gary Cartwright for the registration brochure and to secure your reservation.
**SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT**
Due to a generous USDA Rural Development grant from the North Carolina Dairy Advantage Program, the first ten (10) applicants from North Carolina will receive a $200 discount on the registration fee. To apply this grant, North Carolina residents should NOT send in payment until contacted by Gary Cartwright to confirm eligibility. All non-residents should send in payments by the stated deadline.
