This week we've cut open a wheel of "Foothills" -- our new ale flavored raw milk aged gouda-style goat cheese.
Foothills is an aged white cheese made in a circular round shape with a brushed ale rind. The ale contributes its own flavors, a caramel aroma with a chocolate sweet toffee taste and is obtained from a local microbrewery.
Come by the farm store and sample Foothills and our other raw milk aged goat cheeses!
